Welcome to the Customer Data Management Special Interest Group (CDMSIG).

The mission of the CDM SIG is to provide a forum Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) and Oracle eBusiness Suite users and supporters that facilitates:

• Education of new, existing and prospective CDH users.
• Discussion pertaining to Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Customer Master, Design Patterns/Considerations, Customer Data Governance, Best Practices and Customer Data Quality and other features of CDH.
• Information sharing and dissemination between CDM SIG members.
• Networking opportunities for SIG members.

Whether you are in the planning stages, or have chosen Oracle CDH as your CDM solution, or are already live with Oracle CDH solution, the CDM SIG provides a platform to learn and share knowledge and information.

Members are encouraged to share tips, tricks, utilities and work-arounds for issues they have come across.
We meet at each of the OAUG and Oracle Open World Conferences.
